Everything was simply wonderful. It was clean, staff was kind. The breakfast was tasty and marvellous and had a lot of meals.
The staff were rather noisy, didn't expect that coming.

Spotless accommodation, excellent staff in explaining the organasation of oud stay in the bus. Had small queen room with toaster and the terrace where in the evening always music was played. Wonderful setting, near restaurant and lounge, the pier and coffee shops. Also, on the lake. The lakeside restaurant with great service & views.

Everything was good, consistently courteous staff, beautiful views of the lake. The location was particularly good and gorgeous, in the marina and the interior design was lovely. Moreover, it's close to the boardwalk, on the veranda, or in the lounge, the onsite restaurant and bar and lake and restaurant.

This hotel offers great value for the price, with attention to detail that truly impresses. The location right on the Okanagan lake provides a breathtaking view that can't be beat. The staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel at home throughout your stay. The rooms are well-appointed, especially the ones with a king bed which offer an amazing view. Plus, the included breakfast with a selection of items chosen by our hostess is a delightful start to the day.
All was wonderful, no improvements needed.
